We've collaborated in numerous projects, all very successful where the homeowner was left happy and satisfied with the outcome. Carlos runs an amazing and experienced team. Would not recommend any other construction company in the Boston area!
We hired carlos and his team to gut and rebuild our first floor two bedroom apartment in our two family home after a small fire in their unit. After multiple estimates and feedback we went with them. He was fair and honest with estimate and many companies do not like to work with insurance. Carlos was responsive with us and the private adjuster we hired to help navigate the process. Carlos, the owner, brought many suggestions to the table and spent the time trying to work within a budget at the same time bringing in the much needed updates. He discouraged some items that would have just made him money and was honest about costs. The workmanship in respecting the elements of an old home showed in repairing and restoring glass doorknobs to their prior elegance while still bringing modern touches to our home has been an amazing transformation.
