This is my experience with first visit. When I arrived at the office the receptionist had me fill out my health history even though I filled out out online which negated the time I already spent. She has no idea what I was talking about. Office staff should have been informed about this. I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor selected in my health plan welcoming me to his practice as a new patient. I felt belittled and unworthy of this common courtesy.
