She broke a tooth file off in my tooth canal, and said, oh, this happens sometimes, you can just go to a specialist to get it out, and pay for it yourself, it is not my problem. It cost me $4500, plus travel and hotel costs to go to Edmonton to fix her fault.
After 20+ years of dental neglect, a broken tooth and infection, I finally sought help from Alcan. I have had x-rays, a tooth extraction, cleaning and fillings done by Dr. Chouinard and her team. Friendly, professional staff and a clean, calming environment. Wish I hadn't waited so long.
