Worst service ever. I refer alot of people here, ( I work at a pharmacy) so when I came in today i waited over 30 min and so did others while the 1 employee was in the bathroom talking on her phone.I'll start sending our clients to Apria.

Horrible experience!! Boyfriend has been waiting for his much needed orthopedic shoes for months now. He's diabetic and has partial foot amputation and his current shoes are falling apart I've never experienced such bad care and customer service.

Although the staff is friendly, I have never had such a bad experience ever! My first call from this place should have told me something. The lady called me to set up a delivery of my brace and when I informed her I could not do it until after 5 she asked what I was doing that I could not make time for this delivery. When I called back 30 minutes later I got someone else who was very confused because I had not even been measured for the custom brace that will allow me to walk and work.
