Would NOT recommend this side of the Blacklocks dealership at all. They do not communicate at all. When questioned they steer you away from the questions asked. Allow you to drive out with unsafe cars. No one has any idea what’s going on, they scramble to get someone to find out. I feel sorry for the girls working with men who think women know nothing. Jesse is the most useless person to ever work within the car industry. Wouldn’t give them a cent let alone go back for warranty jobs ever again. I’d rather drive to Wangaratta... read more
RAM 2500 - Really -its a joke... the Car 3 months late, we resorted to tracking the car online to see where it was, communication after the deposit is paid doesn't exist- Ended up paying for the car twice at the last minute they insisted on cleared funds prior to delivery (so we now have an bank cheque to return!!) - I would have thought the amount we paid for the car it would be gleaming, but instead we were presented with a car with glue on nearly every panel and plastic film on the vents door trims etc.....
