I am absolutely fed up with the ER staff doing minimum tests and sending you home as soon as your basic tests come back normal. I presented with symptoms that could mimic a clot that had been happening for days, had chest pain etc and I have Factor V Leiden which means I’m 5x more likely to get a clot and just found out days after that a D-Dimer test was never done?? Very very unhelpful staff, went there 2:30 at night needed bandage changed 5 minutes job Sit there for 3 hours, 3 people came after me went in but I was still sitting there, came back home untreated Saturday 29 march

I have had radiation on my neck for the last 6 weeks. Even though it was painful at times.the help you received was fantastic from the whole Staff. From the hospital.the radiologist doctor's and reception desk. What a great group of people well done AWRCC
