My mother is 90 and has been waiting here for just over 2 hours. I went up for the second time and admin said hasn't the Dr seen her yet? Well we're still waiting. I wonder if they would like their grandmother to wait like this.

Excellent, speedy service. Doctors and nurses and general staff were courteous and professional at all times. Couldn't ask for better emergency care. Thanks everyone

I was taken to hospital by ambulance last Tuesday week. The paramedic did my observations, i had symptoms of Bronchitis headace. I was taken to hosp with a very bad cough.I waited for 10 hours before i got seen. I was told to go to the waiting room and wait still coughing badly, not one staff member came near me. I went to Triage and nastily told i had to wait my turn. At 22.20 a lovely nurse came to get me, she profusely apologised to me for the waiting time.
