We had a fabulous stay at Frankie’s Place. It had everything we needed including super comfy beds. It was an easy walk to good food and good coffee and supermarkets.
We have been staying at George St every March for 10 years. We love the property, it is so peaceful and has a lovely atmosphere. Jane and Georgina before her have always been helpful and a joy to deal with. The amenities are great and we love the new couches. It is our home away from home and we will be back again next year.
Having been based in Albury for work for a lot of months now, the best decision I made was to get a serviced house through Albury Wodonga Apartments. I can not recommend highly enough the service from Jane and her team. The communication has been outstanding, and finding me a property that fit's our company brief took a lot of pressure off. Little things from confirming when the place will be serviced to helping store things, when we needed to swap houses. Great location for the price over Xmas holidays. Will book again and highly recommended. Thanks to Jane for the accurate and timely communications including clear instructions on check in.
The property was lovely and new, very spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean, and in particular the quilt cover in the master bedroom was disgusting, when I pulled back the quilt to hop in to bed the first night there was two large (size of 20 cent piece) dirty marks, on closer inspection there were many more dirty marks. The quilt cover hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupier. The manager responded appropriately by providing a clean quilt cover and a compensatory bottle of wine.
