My partner and I attended a trade show late 2025 where Albury Truck & Trailer had a stall. We were both disgusted in the way the blonde girl Cristy acted towards business guests, not only did she look high as a kite and act like it but the filth talk that come from her mouth was absolutely disgusting and far from professional. We will not support a business with staff like that who clearly have no respect for the company they work for, no respect for buisness owners and clearly no respect for her own partner.
Since the old staff left, the level of service has dropped significantly. The current team seem undertrained, lack product knowledge, and were rude rather than helpful. Not the experience you want when sourcing truck parts. Will not return
Disappointing experience. Staff lacked basic knowledge about their own services and products, were rude when asked simple questions. Customer service was dismissive rather than helpful. Would not recommend. Will shop through truckline from now on
