Booked this through travel auction and we are half way to Albury and informed they will not honour the booking. Thanks paddlesteamer for leaving me up the river without a paddle. Hope more people give you guys a poor rating. On a good note the friendly people at Quest Albury gave us a place to stay and I’d even go as far to say the place is superior to the sinking paddlesteamer.

The reason for low score was the noise. Walls are very thin. I could even hear the some one using the toilet. The rooms are good value for money, clean, small kitchenette with microwave And a comfortable bed. Location was really good across from park and running trails. Town a 5min drive or 10 to 15min walk. They serve a continental breakfast for $10. Otherwise there are plenty of cafes around. And one across in the park along the river. Lots of parking for free.

I come for one night and was getting in late. Staff arranged to make sure I could get into my room and it was nice and cool. All the items in the room from the linen to the complimentary biscuits coffee and toiletries were great. If I had to say something bad it would have to be there was a little dust in the exhaust fan thats it. I will be staying here again highly recommended

We booked the motel through Travel Auctions, but on arrival, after travelling over 2 hours, they wouldn't honour the booking. The staff said they no longer took Travel auctions bookings, even though when we booked we said it was Travel auctions and gave them the voucher number. We contacted Travel auctions and they were aware that the motel wasn't doing Travel auctions any more, but were supposed to be honouring the bookings they had. The staff ignored us for over an hour while we tried to sort it out, they were not friendly... read more
