The care and support from this clinic is exceptional.
THIS MAN!!!!!! Gosh I am tearing up already…..🥹 This man, is the reason I am pain free. This man, and his incredible nursing team are the reason I have just had an extremely successful egg freezing cycle. The gratitude I feel for Dr Scott Giltrap is beyond the realm of words. I will say it again. I am now pain free from Endometriosis and have a Petri dish of 24 happy little eggs now in the freezer ready for whenever I am, should it need to come to that, being under Albury IVF’s care. The staff here are lovely, but they are busy. If you are in extreme pain with your endometriosis, look elsewhere! Or you will need to wait a minimum of 18 months to get surgery done! Unless you want to pay $6k and get it done privately within a couple of weeks. Can’t fault the people working here because they are all lovely, it’s a shame that the waiting times reflect the place.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have significant Endometriosis, PCOS and adenomyosis. I had surgery a week ago, go for my post op today Due to some concerns..... I travelled nearly 200kms for this, waited an hour and a half just to be seen, had THE rudest nurse, and Dr Giltrap did an internal US (while i was haemorrhaging which was so painful) with no care, empathy or gentle in anyway.... then goes "I gotta go" the appt was rushed, I never got instructions or results anything..... too overbooked, and took no care what ... read more
I’m usually not one to write reviews but this is well deserved and comes with a high recommendation. We had previously gone through another clinic in Albury, who consider themselves “fertility experts” however we were left with nothing but disappointment and had lost complete trust in our medical team. Since transferring care to Albury IVF we have only ever had the best of intentions and care from their team. Scott Giltrap has been extremely thorough and is completely focussed on his patients.
