Jackie and the team were fantastic ! Very patient with my toddler making sure we were comfortable and really listened to our concerns. Very family friendly environment too !
I am currently under the care of Dr Nick and for someone if who is white knuckle petrified and only here because I a have no choice this has been a life changer for me The care and sympathy to my paranoid fear has been unbelievable I just cannot recommend these guys more highly ❤️❤️❤️
I took my 4-year-old son to Albury Family Dental Clinic for a tooth extraction this afternoon, and we had such a positive experience. Jackie was amazing — so patient and kind. She really took the time to make my little guy feel comfortable and safe the whole way through. He was a bit nervous at first, but Jackie talked him through everything in a child-led, gentle way, and he ended up doing great. I have been to see Dr Nick at Albury Family Dental a few times over the past few years. I used to be afraid to go and get my teeth checked and worked on due to my anxiety. Most notably, I had a panic attack while in the chair and Dr Nick identified it, did not make me feel uncomfortable or silly and patiently waited for it to pass. He has been very friendly, gentle and honest during each appointment. I have now managed to have two wisdom teeth pulled and fillings inserted.
