The doctors and reception team here are always so nice, friendly, and professional. They take the time to listen and genuinely care about their patients, which makes a big difference. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful, and the doctors provide excellent care with kindness and professionalism. The staff are always well managed and respectful. The drs are very attentive and I always feel I am being heard. They always have such a great radio station playing and I enjoy seeing the admin looking like they love their jobs, especially when I see some of the 'not so friendly' clientele they have to deal with. I always recommend this clinic and have never found an issue.
After my GP left, Dr Kuzeff — who co-owns this clinic — refused to take me on purely because I’m prescribed pain medication, telling me it would “make him look bad.” This is the kind of attitude you can expect here: dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to support patients who need ongoing care.
The doctors here are dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to support patients who genuinely need help. The reception staff are just as bad — they don’t want to help and clearly don’t care about patients. In my experience, this clinic puts money above everything else, including basic compassion and patient care.
I have been a patient at this clinic since I was a little girl, often coming with my grandmother. I have multiple mental health conditions, and it has taken me years to feel comfortable with a doctor. Last week, my GP told me she was leaving because she had to finish her training in Wangaratta — something that was clearly planned months in advance.
