Listen up staff members. Do not be in your job if you don't have the personality for it. I have only met one good staff member here. The rest make you feel 10 times worse and make your situation worse. You think these reviews are just complainers? Wait until you get to know the staff and see what we mean. They are condescending, rude, belittling, and shouldn't be in their positions. Seek help elsewhere if you can.
Don't waste ya time n money on fuking around begging these ppl for help ,ya will loose ya voice repeatedly asking for help. Just a cash cow for the doctors involed
Both referrals I've received over the past 12 months have left me dumbfounded and bewildered as to how they can call themselves a mental health service. The reviews about staff being condescending and playing power games with clients are frighteningly accurate. I have been referred on two seperate occasions and both of the mental health nurses I saw had an appalling and patronising approach. The way they operate is the polar opposite of holistic.
