If you are planning to build a new home in one of the coastal communities in Monmouth County I’d strongly recommend you consider Alburtus Modular for a quality home, built fast. James Alburtus and his tradesmen are top notched! We ordered a modular home in which Jimmy helped us customize to our exact preferences. His timeline of when we would be able to move in from knocking down the existing structure, ordering the modular home, obtaining all variance, coordinating construction and obtaining our CO was spot on. Jim was great to work with through the entire process of building a home and addressing any items that came up in a timely manner. Jim is very knowledgeable on what needs to be done from the demolition of an existing home to the completed home with a CO. Jim did all the work for any required permits and variances we needed with the town. A good group of contractors who work well together and did quality work. We had an aggressive timeline to get the CO for move in and Jim worked diligently to get done.
From start to finish, Jimmy was thorough, professional, and patient with all of our questions (our first home build). He kept in constant communication with us so we never had to question what was coming next. When we encountered some roadblocks with the town and bank, Jimmy was by our side to ensure things continued to move forward smoothly. Jimmy is absolutely the best! He built our home in Asbury, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Every detail was handled with care, and his entire team was fantastic. Hector, in particular, was incredible — hardworking, meticulous, and so reliable. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
