I have known James Alburtis and dealt with him as a building contractor for about 40 years. He has alway been a hands on, honest, hard working business man. Over the years he has completed several projects for both myself and others that I've known. I would consider his work to be exemplary and would reccomend his company and Jim personally to anyone needing construction services.
Working with Jim and the Alburtus team was a life-changing positive experience for our family. Jim worked with us every step of the way to transition from an old and ailing bungalow to a beautiful, spacious, comfortable and affordable modular home that has become our "forever home". We couldn't be happier as a result of the experience.
I have worked with Jimmy on two separate projects dating back 10 years. He and his team are amazing! With these guys I never had to worry about things being done properly and in a timely fashion. After working together for so long I consider Jimmy and the guys good friends of mine. You can’t say that about many other contractors out there!

We were able to change the layout inside to meet our needs with no problem and the crew worked with us completely. We even had them complete our basement after the home was completed. Alburtus Construction handled the construction of a large porch addition to my home. Construction was completed on time and on budget. They supported me through Borough requirements with Departments of Construction, Planning and Zoning and Permits. I was also impressed with the level of communication which provided constant updates. I would highly recommend them.
