Rude staff, inability to deliver a quote, or materials. I give up. We have a 68 million dollar project and can’t get these folks to get us a quote or timing. I have called more than a dozen times and can’t get anything done, ordering poly tanks today instead of concrete. It’s not worth the hassle.
