I've been a patient of Dr. Lackner for about 5 years now. I can't say enough good things about his professional and personal qualities. His staff also emulates Dr. Lackner's persona.
A bad experience..the scheduling person wouldn't return my call for 2 days, went in person and very condescently gave me an appointment for a month out: called back to cancel as I found somebody else that could see me earlier, and the person that answer the phone yelled at me that I should be talking to the scheduler..I left a voice mail to cancel the appointment and two weeks later I get a call back to "reschedule" my appointment another 2 weeks out, when I explained the cancellation, again very condescendingly: as if they ... read more
Dr. Lack net is a great Dr. miss Jamie is also wonderful However the man or woman can't tell at reception is very rude and unprofessional. In a nut shell it is a colostomy bag.
Dr. Lackner gave me a life threatening infection from a biopsy that put me in the hospital in serious condition for 5 days. Never said he was sorry for what happened.
