The doctor was very professional when he was digging in my ass. I first thought I was in the wrong place but apparently A prostate exam is a rectal exam. Hopefully I don't need to do this for another,...let's say never!! But if I have to go see the doctor again I would definitely go to Albuquerque urology. Cancer is no joke!! Men get yourself checked out!
They seem to have a lot of scheduling issues. We waited almost an hour after our appt time before getting into a room. That was after arriving 30 minutes early per their instructions. Very frustrating! Once in a room, the doc was very prompt, professional and helpful.
Met with Dr. Lackner. I found him to be sloppy and rude. He ordered blood work for me, then said they would call me for a follow up as soon as they received the blood work. He lied. It has been two months now and no one has called. They finally called me for a follow up after I complained. I was scheduled for an ultrasound. They had me give myself an enema before the ultrasound. Very unprofessional I was there within there 15 min rule and the pa-c still put me as a no show he even saw me in the waiting room and he still left. I live all the way on tramway btw. And the lady that was scheduling me was rude.
