The hours listed are for members only. I tried dropping in on a Saturday evening but it was closed. Check their website for drop in hours. Once I got in for drop-in hours, I had a great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of equipment available and mornings aren’t very crowded.
I can’t believe the transformation I’ve experienced since joining Albuquerque Strength Academy. Not only have I gained significant strength, but my chronic knee, feet, and back pain have dramatically improved.
