I cant say enough good things about Albuquerque Remodeling **** I have used their services twice now, once for roof replacement (last year) and flooring replacement. Lets start with the roof. Older home with very old roof, *** gave me a workable timeline and a fair quote and excellent work. Albuquerque Remodeling *** was recommended by a family member in 2022 as a contractor to re-roof our house and detached garage. The structures have pitched roofs, the job was done on time and on budget using metal roof construction. We live in a high wind area; the roof has not had any issues. I am sad to say we had a terrible experience with this company. We bought a house with a brand new roof under warranty by ARI. The skylight started leaking badly (I'm talking gallons of water pouring in) with the first real rain. We called them up, they "fixed" it...and then the same thing happened again six months later. And again six months after that. This time, it started gushing water again within just a few weeks, so much water that it flooded our living room and caused water damage to the ceiling and floor. I can not speak highly enough of this remodeling group. I had them do a complete tear-out of a shower and replace it with a recessed floor, walk-in, doorless shower. They never balked at my ideas. The tile I chose for the shower walls were large and heavy; nothing seemed to daunt these workmen. Sometimes they would voice ideas concerning things I had not yet thought through, and as it turned out, their suggestions really added a finesse to the final outcome of a most lovely remodel. In the past few months, ARI has remodeled our master bathroom and kitchen. We could not be happier how both of these projects turned out. From the start, they provided a detailed estimate in a timely manner, arrived and started the work when they were scheduled to, and finished the projects on time.
