BEWARE! They have various profiles under various names. Check Albuquerque Pools & Spas on Google reviews and BBB. Also known as Clear Reflections Inc. They will take your money and run, just like they do with everyone else. On April 20, 2017, we purchased a home with a pool. Prior to closing, on 2/28/17, we had the pool inspected by Albuquerque Pools and Spas. I have owned 2 properties one with a pool and the other a spa. I have tried several companies & could not get anyone to return a phone call. Finally asked my neighbor who serviced his pool. That's when I called Albuquerque Pools they answered the phone ( no left messages) They showed up on time and completed the job. That was eleven years ago (11 pool openings 11 shut downs) Very happy with the service! George Winters

Worst Service and Follow up; not dependable – They performed a pool inspection on Feb 3, 2010. They missed damaged and missing tile on their inspection. They acknowledged the issue and stated the would replace the tiles; they had to be special ordered...well, it has now been 17 months later and all we seem to get from them is unanswered calls, unreturned messages...when you do chance and get the owner on the phone, heskirts around all the possible reasons why it didn't get done or why he no showed on a scheduled date...Poor ... read more

I called on Wednesday morning to fix my spa. They showed up on time at 1 PM. I had bought a used spa & had hooked it up myself. It ran for about 2 minutes before it started to smoke. I had called someone else to look at it on Monday 6 hours after I left a message they called back. The Guy came out Tuesday afternoon. Pool closing – Found them thru Service Magic. Very pleased with the work. They were the only pool service company that showed up in a marked truck & uniform. I will use them next year J.R. Hollings
