I had three appointments back to back and each department was awesome and had me sailing through each one! Best place I've ever been to hands down!!
After years of using MSN LLC for billing, the problems have not been resolved. Albuquerque Imaging should not use them. The healthcare staff are not the problem. The billing company still does not keep accurate records of either billing or payments. This week: I requested an itemized accounting of all billing, insurance payments, and client payments. I had hoped to use this information for my taxes but it is incorrect. It does not show payments I made (I have receipts), and they have a "total Balance" amount which does not r... read more
I am very pleased with my visit. Jen the registrar could tell I needed a listening ear and had a wonderful conversation with me and made me feel so much better about myself. And the ultrasound tech was very nice as well as the front desk lady. All around good vibes. Glad I could be in their care today!!
