Needs negative stars. Refused to do the procedure my doctor proscribed. The person answering the phone (not a doctor or nurse) asked medical questions violating HIPP privacy laws. They take my insurance so that was not the issue.
Starting with Bambi who answered the call and had my son scheduled less than 48 hours later. She was very accomodating and kind. Wendy was so very exceptional, comp0assionate, understanding, wise and very very helpful. The tech that did the MRI was especially kind and physically helpful. My son was so impressed with his cautious professionalism. He was wonderful. The radialogist tech that read the images was thorough and used language that was very simple to understand.
