This housing agency has to be one of the worst in the entire nation. Was wrongfully evicted out of an apartment through their section 8 program due to a greedy, lying apartment manager. They took their word over mine and me and my children ended up homeless. Mayor of the city claims he has no authority over the city housing program? These people at the housing office have given people chance after chance when they should have not and so I'm thankful for that , today as I think of the hard working people at AHA. Thank you for letting me back in the section 8 list after I made the wrong decision of giving it up to go to public housing. The lady really tricked me into thinking I still had my voucher after these 3 whole years. Really mean after then I became homeless after thinking I had my voucher still. But am able to start again.
