Dr. Pacheco has taken great care of me for many, many years. He is very kind, comfortable to talk with, and has a good sense of humor that helps my mental states as well when I’m feeling crappy. I am also very pleased with the all the staff, especially his assistant. I recommend ABQ Center for Rheumatology for all folks with autoimmune issues, as they give great help.
I truly wish Dr. Pacheco would consider allowing my partner to join his patient care team. Dr. Pacheco and his team are excellent, and I have been very impressed with the quality of care they provide.
I called to get an appointment because my doctor referred me and the woman who answered the phone by the name of Gabby was extremely rude and was not compassionate at all.It’s saddening that we have people that work in our doctors offices that are not friendly you call because obviously you’re not feeling well.
