Dr. Tobey is patient, kind and really listens to his patients. I feel totally confident in his abilities and have been a long time patient.
Dr Tobey is the nicest Obstetrics & Gynecology. When he tell you something you can count on it being right. He always follows up with you and listens to what you have to say.
Going to him for 40 years now. I have to pay out of pocket because he is not on my insurance and that is just fine with me. Never will I go anywhere else. He is kind, caring and listens to my voice. When I was going through my divorce, he was very encouraging and gave me pep talks :). Can't say enough things about him.
Dr. Tobey has been my doctor for many years. He is extremely thoughtful and concerned. He always takes me into his office after my appointment and makes sure that I have no other complaints that might need attention. He talks a mile a minute but he listens also. Over the years my insurance changed and I had to see other OB/GYNs. Dr. Tobey is so much better that when I had the opportunity I chose insurance based on "did it cover Dr. Tobey".
Dr. Tobey is amazing. You are in great hands with him.
He is the most caring and helpful doctor I've ever had! He really listens and takes his time with each patient.
