Took vehicle in for a minor repair, they kept it for days before looking at it, Kept calling and they would not update me at all, then days later, without my consent, they took the transmission out to fix a minor problem unaffiliated with the transmission. Then the vehicle gets picked up and the transmission goes out as It pulls out of the parking lot. Trans never had one problem ever before that.
