I like this pharmacy
USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Just look at all these other complaints and reviews along with THEIR OWN responses by these people. Do not go to this pharmacy if you do not have to. The worst customer service ever. They called and harassed me just to complain not try and fix a problem. Just called and started complaining, didn't even know who or what they wanted at first. Super invasive questions and incredibly rude questions from the main pharmacist. My whole town complains about him including doctors in town and las cruces and I decided hey maybe hes not that bad but as soon as I get there hes asking me why I need medications for my prostate????? Im in my 20s I felt so embarrassed and degraded. And I even gave him a chance to maybe step back and apologize or something but instead he sends me to another pharmacy. Extremely disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The individual identified as Alexander Sweet (if that is his correct name), who appears to be in a pharmacist/management role, was unprofessional, dismissive, and difficult to work with. As a healthcare provider, I make every effort to ensure my patients receive appropriate and timely access to their prescribed medications. If I could give a -100 I would!!!! The worst customer service from the owner/ pharmacist he is ignorant, disrespectful and if you read his reviews I am not the first to express my discomfort and disappointment from someone that is supposed to be trusted in his community! If you can stay away from this place please do!!!
