Alec is a great guy and awesome to work with. The finished product - our renovated guest bath - exceeded our expecations. He has great attention to detail. We recently had a great experience getting all 3 of our bathrooms remodeled by Albrecht Properties! The crew was super punctual, cleaned up daily, and maintained communication with us throughout the entire process. Albrecht Properties are my ‘go to’ when I need home improvements! I’ve used them for over 15 years for my windows, siding, gutters, bathrooms, and now the deck. They are on time, give a fair price, and do quality work! I’ve always been happy with the results. I highly recommend them!!

9 May 2025. From the quote through completion to remove a 200sf oak kitchen floor and replace it with ceramic tile, the process was done with exceptional detail. Alec and Shakele were very particular during the entire job from site prep by putting up dust barriers to final touches such as cleaning the tile floor and ensuring all baseboards were properly returned to their original position and all caulking and grouting were meticulously finished.
