Edit 11/8/25 I sent an email to the general manager on Tuesday. Within 5 minutes he answered me and had the issue rectified by Friday. He was very nice and is trying to bring the customer service level up . Thank you very much Paul Barton Nick in sales was wonderful. But absolutely do not trust the finance manager Jon Warren. After I signed the paperwork he redid my loan and signed my name on it without my knowledge or consent. The interest rate went up by 2%. Smooth easy transaction. Gabriel Cortes was awesome to work with
Nick in sales was wonderful. But absolutely do not trust the finance manager Jon Warren. After I signed the paperwork he redid my loan and signed my name on it without my knowledge or consent. The interest rate went up by 2%. I ended up refinancing through another company and have been fighting with him since trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and tire warranty. Not very good customer service or satisfaction
I wish a car dealer could explain to me how things work in 2025. I just spent 20 minutes in the wind in the parking lot of this dealership while 4-5 sales guys looked out the window and saw me looking at trucks. Exactly zero salespeople bothered to step outside, introduce themselves and ask if I needed help. FWIW, I did. I am looking for a truck and you are a truck dealership.
