Interesting and cute little place.
THSI place is not well maintained has expensive HOA and rules don’t apply to all as the same way
Benjamin is verbally aggressive / combative. He called my bf a jerkoff just because he was unable to visit the property right away. Management is so rude to potential residents, I can't imagine how anyone in their right mind would live at this property. The other Google reviews reflect that.
The pool and hot tub are either closed or disgusting. The trees are hitting me in face walking along street too. The $300 HOA is atrocious for these broken and meager facilities.
