I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed. A local woman found a cat in her yard and did the right thing by taking it to this vet clinic to see if it had a microchip. Shockingly, the clinic refused to even scan the cat and told her it was a council issue. I took the cat from her and followed up myself, hoping to get it some help. I called the local council to find out what the process was, only to be told the complete opposite — they said they don’t deal with cats at all and that vet clinics should be checking for microchip... read more
