I brought an injured rainbow lorikeet into this clinic after finding it in the middle of the road in clear distress. I took time out of my day to safely help the animal and followed advice to take it to the nearest vet. The experience at reception was honestly disappointing. The staff member I dealt with appeared irritated and showed little to no compassion when I explained the situation.
