Have been in there twice now actively looking for a second hand car. First time they didn’t call me back after the visit to talk about one of their cars. Second time the two managers and the sales staff were to busy high fiving each other over a sell they just made joking about how they must’ve paid too much (literally). And weren’t interested in serving me. Even after I had asked the lady that was managing the walk ins, what about those two, can they serve me? Mitch Volco is very impressive , very organised sincere and a superstar very honest sales people and willing to get out off there way to help any one with best deals just incredible Loved the coffees Mitch made for us , I recommended my sister and brother in law they got the best deals on those 2 cars Sydney couldn’t match those prices , There so happy they want to buy third car as a spare .👍
Just took my car in to be looked at only to be told there is a 5-6 week wait. The vehicle cannot be driven but no priority is made to look at it or to roster on mechanics after 1530 (give the boys some overtime). No loan cars available, no date on when the car will be looked at, told I can go elsewhere (it's under warranty I am not paying for it to be fixed). The service manager Goran... raised his voice, spoke over the top of me, didn't listen, was argumentative, not helpful and tried to blame me as the owner of the vehicle... read more
Thank you Judy and team. Terrific service - no waiting around, car was washed and cleaned inside, all work completed, they called when it was ready and I received a follow up call the week after to make sure I was happy. Just wish all car dealers were like these guys...
