Let me start by stating I have been a resident for less than a month. I scheduled a tour as most would before signing my lease, it was scheduled and set up about a week prior to the viewing. I drove over a hour and when I got there I was told the unit may not be “ready for viewing” I was confused as to what this meant as they told me the unit was empty. I love my apartment itself and every resident I’ve met in my building so far have been lovely, but the maintenance sincerely and truly needs some major work. It’s what is prompting me to write this review. I’ve had an open work order for my toilet (kind of really important!) for exactly a month now. About a week and a half after I submitted the work order, Dave called me directly and literally said “I’m busy so I’ll either get to this at the end of next week, or the week after that” that was on may 21st. It's a great place. Most of the new management staff are very friendly and resolve the many issues that arise, but the manager is rude. Today, I took my daughter to the pool, but the internal access doors were locked; the manager was annoyed because she had to leave her office to go open doors that should have been unlocked for residents to enjoy. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management and staff are completely incompetent and do not do their jobs. Maintenance requests are ignored, problems never get resolved, and communication is terrible. The office staff are rude, unhelpful, and seem to care very little about the residents. Promises are constantly made but never kept. The property is poorly maintained, and overall management is a complete disappointment. We have been living here for 2 years and they have new management now. They hold a few events , nice catering and friendly staff. You can enjoy yourself here
