I’ve been a resident here for about 4 years and the leasing office is full of incompetence. Employees would argue you down over a misunderstanding on their end instead of taking accountability. Specifically Kristina Ball she’s the worst of them all. Hallways stink from leaky roofs. Unprofessional maintenance team who smokes marijuana on the job instead of doing their jobs.
Johneka went over and beyond because i was i super picky and she didn’t get upset at all with all my questions i really appreciated it they’re definitely lucky to have a worker that actually helps residents!!
Just moved into our new apartment here and we’re so happy with everything! From the tour, leasing process, move-in, and the apartment itself - everything was so seamless and great. Jasmine was so kind, friendly, answered all of our questions and got us moved in. The community itself (though I’ve only been here 3 days) is clean and peaceful + quiet. So excited to live here!
Johneka from even before I had an apartment was funny, patient and very professional at the same time. Your company is lucky to have her working for you. She took time today to help me apply for my parking pass. She is so easy to be around.
