The office team is honestly awful and lazy. They don’t give prior notice to tenants about pest control entering the unit. Someone entered my unit without my knowledge and without my permission today. The office staff does not take concerns seriously and attempts to place the blame for their egregious oversights back onto the tenants. Very sad that some of us do honest, hard work for a living and the office staff at this apartment are grifters, apparently.
Ashley was super helpful and really fast helping me out.
Honestly, this place is a nightmare. New management is terrible maintenance takes forever to come to your unit. All the reviews are from when people that haven’t lived here long enough to see. good luck getting any issues fixed takes months for them to figure it out.
The people who work in the office don’t care about their residents safety. Also, the maintenance people come in unannounced and don’t communicate when they are done with the request. They left my apartment a mess and the office people don’t seem to care.
