To their response below. No, there is no need for consistent access to parking spaces. There are plenty. They have a predatory agreement with the local towing company where they probably get a kickback. They are ridiculous for wanting to monitor every car on their lot. I have never lived in a community where A. They lose record of your lease and B. They need to surveil every aspect of the tenants life. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The parking lot is predatory and they will tow any friends you have that stay the night. If you get a rental car and forget to tell them they will tow your car. Many better options exist down the street for better prices. Management is rude and will overcharge you when you move out for normal wear and tear items. You’ve been warned.
Our bathroom faucet was very backed up to the point where it wasn’t usable. Matt responded quickly to the service request and cleaned it completely and now it’s working perfect. He was also helpful in explaining why it happens to help prevent it next time. Very happy with the efficient response and quality of the work!
Matt was absolutely awesome! He fixed 10 different things all at once. The best!!!
