Very good experience with the doctor. She is very knowledgeable and kind.
I had a very disappointing experience at Albion Street Medical Practice. The receptionist never disclosed the $25 out-of-pocket fee when booking my appointment, nor was it mentioned when I arrived. It was only after seeing the doctor that I was informed about the charge. Had I known there was a fee, I would have considered whether to visit her at all. I have had pathetic experience with the front desk planning appointments. They don't have any information whether they are taking new patients or not and they keep patients hanging by telling them that they will call and confirm the appointment slot. They waste people's time who are waiting to share problems with the doctor.Wish there was a zero star rating available.
Such a horrible and unpleasant waiting experience for getting my little seen. Absolutely no respect to others time. Very disappointed as the receptionist is not organised and always mis-feeds the information. Happened thrice so far and not seeing them again. My humble suggestion is unless you have all the time in the world to sit there for hours together waiting, do not even bother visiting this clinic. Happy hunting !
