Accident in 2017 on a 2017 golf r (rear ended). The car was in their possession for 4 months. Recieved the car, poor paint, no seam sealer, poor alignment, missing trunk liner holder. The car went back to them almost 10 times, multiple rental cars. UPDATE: The shop was rebuilt beautifully, and so has their standards. John went above and beyond to make our car like new again. Thank you very much to John and the whole shop for professionalism all around.
My first accident and very happy my insurance company referred me to Albion Hills-CSN. They completed the repairs on my Subaru in the time frame they quoted. The rental car was there when I dropped of my car. Excellent repair work and great customer service. A part was delayed but instead of keeping my car for another week, they had me pick up and then went back to have the part put on.
