I have been getting all my mirrors cut from them since the late 1980's. I just ordered a 17''X60" mirror. I picked it up and realized, when I got home, that it was not the 1/4" thickness that I paid for?!. I called them the same day and they said "sorry",and would deliver the proper size. Sure enough in a few days, the correct size was delivered. I called them to thank them and mentioned that the delivery guys forgot to take back the mirror that was cut incorrectly.
