I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Initially I was extremely anxious and scared of being in the chair. But Dr.Trotti was extremely helpful and cheered me on through the procedures and to having a healthy mouth of teeth.The staff there were always warm and inviting whenever I came. Overall it was a good experience and I will be taking my chidren there in the future and telling my friends about them.
I have been trying different Dental offices to get better cleaning, where I can feel that it has made the difference. This office has been professional with me from booking till my appointment has been done. If I remember her name correctly, Mehru was my Hygienist, she was very sweet and professional and did the cleaning throughly, fully explaining where there is need for more and even guided me for some precautions to take in future. I go to this dental clinic for cleaning. My Hygienist, Khan and Doctor Trotti has always been very nice and friendly, explained everything in simpler terms. Cleaning was done well as usual, was able to immediately feel the difference. Place is clean also. Only little bit waiting time when I went there. Overall good experience, I will come here again.
I don’t know what’s going on with this place but my experience here is was so bad for someone who’s been here for years. From the hygienist to the receptionist. The dentist is good and his hygienist were always good and receptionist were amazing, Dorothy and Lisa and that’s why I’ve been here for years. I came today and the hygienist does not know what she’s doing, felt rushed and barely did a cleaning.
