I don’t know what’s going on with this place but my experience here is was so bad for someone who’s been here for years. From the hygienist to the receptionist. The dentist is good and his hygienist were always good and receptionist were amazing, Dorothy and Lisa and that’s why I’ve been here for years. I came today and the hygienist does not know what she’s doing, felt rushed and barely did a cleaning. I called to book an appointment to remove my tooth, the girl was so rude.
Had a problem with my teeth. I called Albion Dental, my long time Dentist. They were great. They said if you want to see the Dr. right away, he would fit me in. Thank you all at Albion Dental Haven't been to see Dr Trotting for more than 1 years because Covid. I always get nervous going to the Dentist but the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Olivia worked on me and also made me feel at ease. I thank her for that. See is great. Also saw Dr. D. and he worked on and was great. I would recommend Albion Dental.
The entire staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Flexible hours are definitely a bonus for those patients that work late. 5 stars plus for sure. Give them a try ☺️
