I have been trying different Dental offices to get better cleaning, where I can feel that it has made the difference. This office has been professional with me from booking till my appointment has been done. If I remember her name correctly, Mehru was my Hygienist, she was very sweet and professional and did the cleaning throughly, fully explaining where there is need for more and even guided me for some precautions to take in future. I go to this dental clinic for cleaning. My Hygienist, Khan and Doctor Trotti has always been very nice and friendly, explained everything in simpler terms. Cleaning was done well as usual, was able to immediately feel the difference. Place is clean also. Only little bit waiting time when I went there. Overall good experience, I will come here again.
I don’t know what’s going on with this place but my experience here is was so bad for someone who’s been here for years. From the hygienist to the receptionist. The dentist is good and his hygienist were always good and receptionist were amazing, Dorothy and Lisa and that’s why I’ve been here for years. I called to book an appointment to remove my tooth, the girl was so rude.
Had a problem with my teeth. I called Albion Dental, my long time Dentist. They were great. They said if you want to see the Dr. right away, he would fit me in. Thank you all at Albion Dental Haven't been to see Dr Trotting for more than 1 years because Covid. I always get nervous going to the Dentist but the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Olivia worked on me and also made me feel at ease. I thank her for that. See is great. Also saw Dr. D. and he worked on and was great. I would recommend Albion Dental.
