I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the level of hospitality shown by Albion Clinic, especially Jenna. My mother frequently visits the clinic, and after providing positive feedback, Jenna took the time to send her a thank-you card. SCAMMERS !!!!! They charged me for a service I never received it. On August 24, 2025 I was told to wait until April 2026. On April 2, 2026 I received a text message from Stella (Picture 1) and she asked me to contact them for a Foot Care appointment. I followed up with a text message (Picture 2). I asked her to book an appointment regarding the Foot Care service. No reply via text message. On April 21, 2026 I contacted them via email. No reply via email. This place is truly amazing and honestly I wasn't expecting it to be so great but from the first time I walked in there the greeting Jenna gives you is so welcoming. She's courteous, very knowledgeable of their products and so helpful. Couldn't ask for a better welcoming and treatment from her. Larissa provides the best full body massages and I will keep going back to her and the clinic. Keep up the great work :)
**Reposting** They don't open on time during business hours...They are hard to get a hold of...They don't know how to respectfully communicate with customers, either in person, or on the phone...jenna is lazy, and has a highly professional bad attitude...When you call, they answer as though they just woke up, and sound not in the least interested in speaking, or dealing with you...I've been a customer of theirs, having purchased sneakers from them in the past, but I seriously would not recommend them...Their overall service ... read more
