I just walked in to get some pet food. The person who is apparently vet was so rude without banners. He literally barged through the door as I was trying to go in.. lol I was gonna bring my cat here but not anymore!
Finding a vet and clinic who cares is one thing. Finding a vet clinic that understands "pet parents" is another. Our cat had a biopsy thus required a stitch or two. The vet was generous with his time and care. When our little fur goblin tore out a stitch at 5pm on a Saturday night the clinic got us in right away and took care of it. Our cat is fine but the clinic understands the needs of panicked pet parents. PLEASE READ!!! They do not follow proper medical procedures!!! As a former medical assistant what I saw there was disgusting, my heart truly went out to the animals during surgery. Things were ripped, things were yanked, hands were not properly washed and no one ever wore gloves. I wanted to cry and eventually I couldn’t take it anymore, I had to leave. It’s horrible, please don’t take your pets here.

Love the doctors very smart guy, but OMG the in house prescription dispensing fees are outrageous $160 for 20 pills 2 different kinds , but i checked out if you ask for a written prescription which is posted on bcva website all vets are obligated give you a choice to get meds from another official pharmacy , I contacted Costco pharmacy in Burnaby and was told the 2 medicines 10 pills each was only $26 including dispensing fee's for the exact same brands, all i needed was a prescription, Please be aware to ask for a written p... read more
