My dad's car broke down in Castroville, and Albino's truly went above and beyond to help him out. After calling them for assistance, they promptly came to pick him up and towed his car to their shop. Since the necessary parts wouldn’t arrive until the next day, they even drove him to a hotel to ensure he had somewhere to stay. I’m pretty sure this man is racist . My fiancé walked in and they were staring him up and down and tried to charge 440 for a diagnostic . All we asked was if they have a machine to see why the engine light came on… very much rude and horrible customer service
ZERO*DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE* Daughters car overheated.She uses it for college & work.So I took the car and left it at Albinos to get checked out,put on machine and hopefully to get fixed. When I arrived back at the shop I paid $80 for the car check , then the mechanic shaking his head and said it was very very bad and that I would need the cars heating system replaced and the timing chain since it's in the area and needs service as well.
