I am speaking from my recent experience here. Arlene’s flaws with her clients are the following: She drags time with her clients for her own benefit, she ignored her clients, she does not reach out to follow up about the client’s case. She has not contacted or followed up with me for total of 10 months regarding my case. Then her office creates excuses for her silence hence misleading the client.
