This vet office is on top of it! The office staff are amazing and the vet and the techs were wonderful( for the first time going here just moving here.)They made everything convenient and their prices are amazing.
The staff here is the most compassionate and understanding. They work with you and your fur babies.
Sadly, we have moved away from this vet, but we received the utmost care here. I had never had a vet who cared this much about cats well being. One of our cats was diagnosed with feline herpes and it was explained perfectly to me. They were helpful during the passing of one of our kitties, medicating the others, and being flexible with our needs. I wish I could come back to Mattoon just for the amazing staff at Albin!!
Absolutely the greatest service and care that a person can ask for. Listening and concerns of what you have in questions. That totally means a lot.
