Service is great. Always get me in when needed!
The service station getting my car fixed was awesome. But the customer service needs a little improvement gossiping about a customer's loan approval in front of other customers while they're sitting there waiting for their car is not nice at all.
My first time in the store, I was shown a 10 ply tire. I have a three-quarter ton Dodge heavy duty ram diesel. They put four ply tires on my truck and then refused to put 10 ply tires on when I pointed it out to them. I finally had to threaten a lawsuit before they would take the four ply tires off. The truck is not even safe to drive with four ply tires! Last Friday I took a small tire in off the front of my tractor to have a leak fixed. Worst experience both times I have been.. the first time they didn’t use floor protectors and got mud and dirt all on my floor.. Here recently took it in for oil change and asked if all my fluids would be looked at and topped off and was told yes… I got home and washer fluid was empty not sure if any of my other fluids were checked. When I called I have new. Offered to bring it back but it hasn’t been convenient for me.. of course the oil change is expensive as well..
