Doctors are brilliant but reception team is awful nothing but rude and unhelpful constant arguments with the lot of them
I wouidnt go any ware else and if u r plesant to the staff thay r plesant to u
Trying for a week to get hold of a doctor told to ring 8.30-9am and when I ring all I get is the person you have called is on other call EVERYDAY for a week and then like magic at 9.03am the phone line then rings normal. They say because of covid yet other doctor practice let’s you book appointments with doctors anytime no hassle and not talk down to you by some receptionist (is 2 lovely ones and a person who should not be working with public on desk)
