Place was a joke. Appointment was 6am. Got checked in half hour latter got a dock. Not terribly bad. I’d like to know why it took almost three hours to unload 4 pallets. Then charge me 182 bucks to boot.

Reefer delivery. If you are here then you have a load to pick or deliver, so it’s kinda late. I’ll share my experience. Appointment is at 4am, came here at 9pm. Stayed for night, went to check-in at midnight and then at 2am. Guard shack said I do not have appointment. Spoke with another gal at guard shack at 4am and she took my phone number for passing to her supervisor. Constantly with dispatch and broker. Finally sup said that I do have an appointment. They have a porter potty for drivers in the staging area. While waiting to deliver. This porter potty us very disgusting and dirty. Needs to be cleaned ASAP
