I downloaded the pharmacy app and applied to transfer all my prescriptions to Albertsons. I waited a couple of days and followed up. The pharmacist said they received them and were still working on filling them. I waited another two days and called again, and they had no record of my transfer request. I gave them all the information over the phone for all my active and refillable prescriptions. The next day, only two prescriptions were ready for pickup, and they had no record of anything else. Thee dark hair woman at the self checkout is always friendly to me. Love love love Valerie and Carlos over at the save on! So knowledgeable and helpful, clearing out those long crazy lines! Very nice store but deli staff interactions were one of hesitancy and suspicion. My overall experience with all the Albertsons that I have been in would be characterized by lack of friendliness.
Easy in and out. There was a bit wait for my Covid shot.
