Not sure of his name, but he was very rude, acted like I was stupid, couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I received a text that a prescription would be restocked thursday. Don't live in Las Cruces, so i asked if it could be held til I got there, he said it wouldn't be restocked til the 7th. I reminded him what the text said & he didn't care. I spoke with the pharmacist where I live, she was super nice as always & said she'll contact them & have it transferred here
I love the crew at Savon- they answer the phone when you call, they are always patient and helpful! Valarie is delightful!!!

I downloaded the pharmacy app and applied to transfer all my prescriptions to Albertsons. I waited a couple of days and followed up. The pharmacist said they received them and were still working on filling them. I waited another two days and called again, and they had no record of my transfer request.
