As a healthcare worker for over fifteen years, I have seen and experienced some memorably rude interactions with patients. The behavior of the staff at this pharmacy ranks pretty high among these experiences. If you are lucky, you will get someone who will act outwardly pleasant yet be completely uninterested in helping you. Very rude and unprofessional. They hung up the phone on me 5 times back to back! Two different individuals. Definitely should greet with their name and job title. There are so many better retail pharmacies, do not go here.
Staff was rude to me at drop off and pickup, for basically no reason. Don’t go here unless you really have to, and even then I wouldn’t
Efficiency is up to par, they always have my medication on time and when they said they would. If my medication is unavailable, they give me a temporary refill until the order comes in. Prices, even without insurance, are amazing too! Their biggest downfall is their pharmacy tech Andrea. She is extremely condescending and rude over the phone, any time I've called her. Recently the staff at this location allowed three boys to harass a lone woman in her 70s for over 30 minutes after she pleaded to multiple employees for help no one would help her or ask the boys to leave. I will never give this company a dime and i hope they go out of business!!!!!!
