The staff here acts like they are the dr and insurance and make you jump through all kinds of hoops to get your medication now. My dr was so upset by how difficult they were being they recommended I start going to a different pharmacy. This place used to be good but now it sucks. I don’t know what happened the past two years this place makes getting meds a nightmare now.
It's so great to still find a Savon pharmacy inside a Albertsons. Glad to see this. I've been a customer of Savon Pharmacy at multiple locations in California for many years. I do enjoy having this pharmacy inside a grocery store it's convenient. Always friendly pharmacy techs.
The pharmacy called and tried to correct me in my sons medication telling me it was a narcotic and I said no. They again tried to prove me wrong by stating it was and I notified them it's a schedule ll substance but not a narcotic. I wish they were more knowledgeable of their medications. Now they are just giving my sons prescribing NP and myself a hard time in getting the medication. Just lost a customer.
